Jack Murphy (he/him/his) Performer is originally from Novi, Michigan. He began dancing at the age of 6 by the suggestion of his mother after being wildly unsuccessful in sports. After graduating high school, Jack became a trainee at the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago before beginning his four years at the Juilliard School. Jack has danced works by Martha Graham, Ohad Naharin, Jose Limon, Matthew Neenan, Andrea Miller, Brian Arias, and Nelly Van Bommel during his time at Juilliard. In 2020, one of Jack’s video works “Pink Narcissist” was presented as part of The Invisible Dog “Pride Music Video Festival”. He has also presented work in White Wave’s 2020 “SoloDuo Dance Festival”. Since finishing school Jack has worked with Matthew Westerby, Jacqulyn Buglisi and Sandra Parks.
